Digital, Laboratory, Productivity and Sustainability are the 4 pillars of the labsummit that will be the names of the thematic rooms, where these issues will be debated. In addition to these 4 rooms, there will be another 4 rooms for live sessions.

Access the online registration platform here. When accessing the online registration platform participants should choose: ​ New User and fill in the personal detail’s fields. In the Registration form fill in the appropriate fields, choose method of payment and conclude your registration. Once your registration is complete you will receive an automatic email confirming the submitted data (please note this is not a confirmation of your registration). Once your payment is processed you will have access to your Confirmation Letter of registration. You can return at any time to the online registration platform using your username and password to obtain additional services. Delegates must bring their Registration Confirmation Letter (with barcode) to the Congress to access the Self Registration Check-In desks.  Entrance to the congress is via badges and they will be supplied on registration and must be worn at all times. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat email. Cancellation refunds as follows:​ • A 50% refund will be applicable for cancellations until 11th March 2024 minus €50,00 handling fee • Cancellations from 12th March 2024 onwards: no refund   No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 12th March. All approved refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after labsummit. Unexpected Cancellation of the Event: In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, war, pandemics, terrorism etc. the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. ​ The Organization encourages participants to take out their own insurance for the duration of their stay. You can hire the supplier to make your own stand. However, labsummit organisation can provide you the official supplier contact.

Upon request, the Secretariat of the labsummit2024 will send a personal invitation letter to participants. This invitation is meant to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support.
